OUR TECHNOLOGIES
PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING
At our three sites, we work with 30 state-of-the-art Engel, Husky and Battenfeld injection moulding machines, 60t-650t. The majority of the machines are equipped with removal robots and handling systems. We manufacture small batches as well as mass products in large quantities. Thanks to our handling expertise, we can flexibly integrate customised reworking and assembly into the production process.
In 2017, we began focussing more strongly on the circular economy and have been continuously increasing the proportion of recycled plastics in our products ever since. We have been developing and producing injection moulded parts from bio-based plastics since 2020
DUROPLAST PRESSEN
There are still applications for which thermosets are the material of choice. We produce moulded parts made of phenolic resin and urea moulding compound on several automatic mountain and driving machines. Inseparability, thermal resistance and electrical insulation are the unbeatable advantages of this plastic.
MANUAL, SEMI-AUTOMATIC AND FULLY AUTOMATIC ASSEMBLIES
We assemble complete assemblies and multi-part finished products for our customers using fully automatic assembly machines that we have designed and built ourselves. For small series, we operate a manual and semi-automatic assembly line at our Hungarian plant, which can respond flexibly to customer requirements.
METAL DEEP DRAWING
2 IWK inline progressive presses and several eccentric presses are available for the deep drawing of metal parts. The company manufactures light bulb sockets, electrical contacts and metal lids for grave candles.
PACKING
Our service does not end with production. On request, we pack, label and pick customers individually and also handle the transport to your end customers. We pack in cardboard, polybags and shrink-wrap with bonnet shrink machines.
ULTRASONIC WELDING
In our own luminaire production, but also for industrial customers, we join workpieces and housing parts using ultrasonic welding.
3D PRINTING
Samples and small series production using 3D printing from PP filament, PLA filament and other materials.
